Google Drive and Your Business

Google’s Focus on Brands

Anyone who has been even remotely involved in SEO over the last ten years will be well aware of the fact that Google has been favouring brands in its search results. The ranking, authority and, frequently, uniqueness in content, which Google has been asking for is something big brands are able to deliver as a matter of course. The result is that if your website is not a brand (or at least if it doesn’t behave as one) you have very little opportunity of actually making much of an impact in search, against the ‘heavy hitters’.

eCommerce Sites Benefit from Google Rich Snippets for Products

Webmasters whose websites are eCommerce enabled can now take advantage of Google’s global display of rich snippets for products and increase sales.
