I work online spending more time on the web than I should and one of the reasons I do this is that I am genuinely excited by the possibilities I sense to create a world where there is a lot more equality and a greater degree of freedom. A place where talent and the ability to be a visionary is not governed by the mundane, who you know and how deep your pockets are.
It is this which excites me, keeps me glued to my desk for hours at a time and makes me lose myself in the screen and the online world. I fervently believe that the business world can create a better place in almost every way if competition and the ability to work online is not in the hands of the few and powerful. My books are all about that and occasionally I come across a perfect example of the world which I hope we can create which really fires me up.

After you have watched it though reflect on the fact that an ordinary guy in Russia with a cheap camera and less money that Michael Bay spent on the on-set catering of the Transformers for a day, managed to create something absolutely riveting. The odds against him doing so were far greater than those against you or I creating a spectacularly successful online business and yet he did it!
The web truly is the great equalizer. The faster we get to the point where we get into what we want to do and use the web to level the playing field in terms of limitations the faster we will create the world we want to where anything is possible, for anyone.
